Our Investment Process

You explain your goals, budget, and personal situation, so we can provide you with personalised investment solutions and recommendations on where to invest.

Submitting an expression of interest allows us to secure suitable land to reserve on your behalf as a deposit.

After reviewing the land and the building contract, you pay your deposit and exchange contracts through your solicitor or conveyancer.

Once the land purchase has settled, the building plans are finalised, and construction begins.

Your property is methodically built, from the laying of the slab and installation of the frame to the enclosure of the home and all the carpentry and cabinetry. All certifications are complete.

The home is inspected, to make sure it has been completed to standard. Once approved, you receive the keys and take possession of the property!
